Why didn’t I receive an email receipt after buying cryptocurrency?

There are many reasons that may cause email receipts to become undeliverable or lost. If you did not receive an email receipt, try the following troubleshooting steps: 

  • The email receipt is only delivered upon the completion of a ‘Buy’ transaction, so check to make sure the purchase is complete in your wallet and that the newly acquired assets have been received 
  • Check your email spam and trash folders as some email providers may erroneously filter automated messages as spam 
  • Review all of your automated email folders/tabs, including promotional tabs which sometimes move emails out of the regular inbox 
  • Search your email account for “@Fabriik.com” to locate all emails sent from us
