Why did my ‘Swap’ transaction fail?

There are many reasons why your ‘Swap’ transaction could have failed. Please check the most common reasons below, and try again in a few minutes: 

- Your device/our servers lost network connection 

- There was a network or server error on our end 

- Your device lost internet connection 

- You have insufficient coins/assets to complete the transaction 

- You exceeded the time allowed to confirm the transaction
