Why did my 'Buy’ transaction fail?

If your ‘Buy’ transaction fails, an error message will appear and provide guidance on next steps that you can take to resolve the issue. Error messages may include, but are not limited to the following: 

  1. The payment has been declined by your bank
    a. Try a different card or contact your bank for further support 
  2. The payment has expired due to inactivity 
    a. Try again with the same card, or use a different card
  3. The payment has failed due to a temporary technical issue 
    a. Try again with the same card
  4. The payment was unsuccessful
    a. Ensure your card details and billing information is entered correctly and try again
  5. Unfortunately, the payment has been declined 
    a. Ensure your card details and billing information is entered correctly and are up to date and try again
  6. Unfortunately, the payment has failed 

        a.  Please try again with a lower amount
